AI is not here to replace, it is here to increase our capabilities tenfold. This is not an empty word: it is the reality we are moving towards.
Vision
An army of first-level managers, using AI to dramatically accelerate the endogenous development of the world.
Tomorrow, human beings will no longer be executants: they will be managers, with AI as their executant. The repetitive work, the spreadsheet, an application's code, the report, the meeting notes, will be done by AI agents.
What the mind already sees, a product, a document, a spreadsheet, becomes a working document, a working application or a working table within hours, sometimes minutes, instead of days.
Our role is to train these first-level managers: the ones who will do the essential human work that everything will rest on. Every intellectual worker, every service worker, every application developer must be able to switch. It is the base, the platform, for the development work that the world needs.
